It is quite surprising
how a thin film of bodypaint, theatrical makeup, can so distort our
normality that we can appear almost alien. What is it that makes us human, even though we exist in so many different forms, skin tones, racial stereotypes, bone structures...and yet always clearly, definitively human? And how is it that such a simple construct can take that appearance into the realms of something other than human form? What would make someone appear an alien?
